Payments & Fees
Welcome to the McFadyen Lake Association, Inc. Payments & Fees information page. This guide
provides a clear and up-to-date breakdown of all dues, assessments, fees, and important payment
policies.
Annual Dues & Assessments
- 2025 Dues & Insurance: $117.33
- 2026 Dues: $120.85
- Special Assessment: A one-time $100 assessment is in effect through 2025 only.
Note: All dues are billed annually and are not prorated. The billing cycle runs from June to June.
Lake & Boat Access Fees
- Tenant Lake Entry Fee: Owners with tenants must pay a $100 one-time entry fee per tenancy to
grant access to the lake.
- Boat Stickers:
- $45 per vessel
- Valid for three (3) years
- Not prorated; runs from June to June
Violations & Fines
- Violation Fines: $100 per day until resolved. The Board reserves the right to reduce the fine once
the violation is confirmed as resolved.
- Information Withheld: $100 fee for not providing contact information to the McFadyen Lake Association for bookkeeping and Appfolio portal setup.
Lien Policy
- Lien Removal Fee:
- Includes all outstanding balance due
- Administrative fees for placing and removing the lien (fees vary by case)
