How do I obtain a boat sticker?

Only lakefront property owners and their guests/tenants are allowed to operate a watercraft on McFadyen Lake.

Boat Sticker Process

Current owners must navigate to their Appfolio Homeowner Portal homepage, go to "Request Maintenance" on the homepage, state the number of stickers you are requesting, along side photos of your watercraft and your Photo ID, we will review, charge and send the sticker to you via USPS upon receipt.
