How to Access Portal / Sign In
- You'll receive an Online Portal Activation email or text message from your property management company. Click Activate Now in the email, or tap the link in the email, or tap the link in the text message to establish a strong password to activate your portal.
- You can also sign up for the Online Portal at https://forms.gle/fSCWjMEZ9SpKS56q9. Please fill out the form in it's entirety, as it better assists our managers to setup your account to reflect your information properly. Upon receiving your activation email, you can navigate to https://mcfadyenlake.appfolio.com/connect to login to your account.
- Bookmark, create a shortcut icon for the login page or download the mobile app so it is easy to return at any time.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your portal is activated.
- Please include cell phone number to receive updates, notifications and communication from MLA.
Owners with Tenants
- All Owners MUST report their tenants through their Appfolio Owner Portal or potentially receive a fine of up to $100 a day.
- Sign up through the above instructions
- Navigate to the "Property Details" page of your Appfolio Owner Portal
- Under "Renter Info" check the box labeled "This unit is occupied by a Renter"
- Fill out all available information and submit the form
- Owners with unreported tenants may be subject to fines and violation
